Management software : Network

  • Initially all files are located in the installation directory.
  • All computers connected to the network must keep the original files in the installation directory even if they are never used.
  • With the exception of files that cannot be networked, you will then determine which ones you want to share

  • Es_Pe.accdb  :
Personnel management file (Malcolm U_series only)
This file can be considered confidential, it's up to you to decide which of your computers are eligible for this sharing.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Particular Point:

  • Es_Ca.accdb Counter sales data : Can be transferred on demand in the billing file. Provided that you regularly transfer counter sales invoices to final invoicing, it is not useful to put this file on the network.

Only transferred documents are included in the software chain.
